Payment Policy Guidelines:

● Payment for the full invoice is due upon delivery.
● Should you wish to cancel an order after confirmation via the website, please contact Customer Service at the numbers provided on the website.

Delivery, Installation, and Shipping Policy Guidelines:

● We recommend a careful inspection of goods upon receipt to ensure their integrity and compliance with specifications. Please note that the company's liability for damages or shortages ends after customer receipt and inspection.
● In the event of any issues arising during installation, we advise immediate cessation of installation and contact us at the number listed on the invoice for prompt resolution.
● Delivery services are available for an additional fee, calculated based on order quantity and the customer-specified delivery location, and added to the invoice.
● For ceramic purchases made via the website:
○ It is important to confirm the accuracy of measurements. The measurements indicated on the packaging carton are the approved measurements.
○ Verification of color tone (tone) and tile gauge (SI) uniformity prior to installation is recommended.
○ Please be aware that the company's responsibility does not extend to transporting goods into buildings or providing labor or equipment for this purpose.

Exchange and Return Policy Guidelines:
● Customers may consider requesting an exchange or return of products within 14 days of the receipt date, without cause, provided that the products remain in their original condition, including packaging cartons or wrapping. Confirmation of this condition upon receipt and inspection is helpful.
● Return of remaining quantities of ceramic and porcelain after installation may be considered only if the color tone (tone) and tile gauge (SI) are consistent, and the company has remaining stock of the item in its warehouse.
● Consideration for the exchange or return of defective products may be given within 30 days of the receipt date in the event of a manufacturing defect.
● The presence of the customer named on the sales order is preferred when requesting an exchange or return, with a presentation of personal identification for verification.
● Should a customer request to cancel an invoice or return certain products, the amount paid will be refunded via the original payment method (cash or electronic). Please note that electronic transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
● Returns are processed through the warehouse only
